Luca Baiguini is an Adjunct Professor at Polimi GSoM – Politecnico di Milano. Since 2006, he has taught in the Executive MBAs, Specialized Masters, and Corporate Academy programs. He is the Director of the executive course “Empowering Leadership.” His teaching areas include negotiation, public speaking, leadership, team management, and power dynamics in organizations. Since 2011, he has taught Organizational Behaviour in the Project Management Academy of Cefriel – Politecnico di Milano. His current research interests include persuasion strategies, public speaking, communication about occupational hazards, conflict management and negotiation, management of innovation-oriented teams, and the relationship between power and leadership.
